Whether it’s a special bottle of champagne, your favourite branded beer, a bottle of Don Julio, or a bottle of Bacardi with fresh limes to create the perfect mojito, our concierge team will make sure everything you love is waiting for you.
Simply request the editable PDF Beverage Request Form and Grocery Request Form from our concierge team. Once received, you can effortlessly create your personalised shopping list in just a few minutes from the comfort of your own device. When you're ready, simply return the completed forms to us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of the rest.
This service is available both before your arrival and throughout your stay. Same-day orders are unavailable. 72-hour notice is recommended to ensure availability of pre-stock items with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
