These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of properties and additional services provided by Luxury Casa Rentals (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a villa or service through Luxury Casa Rentals, you (“the Guest”, “you”) agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 1.2. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit and provide written confirmation.
- 1.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Payments
- 2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to secure the reservation.
- 2.2. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- 2.3. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved payment platforms.
3. Security Deposit
- 3.1. A refundable security deposit of €2,500 is required prior to arrival.
- 3.2. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage, loss, or breach of terms.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- 4.1. Guest cancellations:
- More than 30 days before arrival → 50% refund of the total nightly rate, excluding the non-refundable 30% booking deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival → No refund.
- 4.2. Company cancellations:
If a booking must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or assist in finding alternative accommodation.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- 5.1. Check-in time: 16:00 | Check-out time: 11:00.
- 5.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- 6.1. Guests must treat the property, furniture, and amenities with care.
- 6.2. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- 6.3. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing.
- 6.4. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed limit.
7. Damages & Liability
- 7.1. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
- 7.2. Luxury Casa Rentals is not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses during your stay.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, power cuts).
8. Concierge & Additional Services
- 8.1. Any additional services (e.g., private chefs, yacht charters, excursions) must be booked in advance.
- 8.2. Luxury Casa Rentals acts solely as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for their actions or omissions.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
